These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the Invitin platform, an online service for discovering, sharing, and participating in weddings.

By accessing Invitin, you unreservedly accept these ToU. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.

Invitin reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Invitin is a digital platform that allows couples to share their wedding with a wider audience and users to discover and participate in unique weddings.

The service includes: publishing wedding events, booking spots, secure payment, communication between organizers and participants.

Invitin acts as an intermediary between organizing couples and participants. We are not responsible for the events themselves.

Available features may evolve. Some features may be reserved for premium users or subject to additional fees.

Using certain Invitin features requires creating a user account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed from your account is your responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Invitin. By registering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

You agree to use Invitin legally and respectfully. It is prohibited to post offensive, defamatory, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others.

You must not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, spam, or any fraudulent activity.

Organizing couples agree to provide accurate information about their events and to honor their commitments to participants.

Participants agree to respect the participation conditions set by organizers and to behave appropriately at events.

Invitin reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these ToU.

All content on Invitin (texts, graphics, logos, images, software) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Invitin or its partners.

By posting content on Invitin, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute this content as part of the service.

You retain all rights to the content you post and can remove it at any time.

Invitin strives to keep the platform accessible and functional but cannot guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability.

Invitin is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Invitin's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user over the past 12 months.

Invitin is not responsible for content posted by users or the conduct of events organized by couples.

You can close your account at any time from your profile settings. Deleting your account results in the deletion of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Invitin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of ToU violation, without notice or compensation.

Provisions of these ToU that, by their nature, should survive termination, will remain in effect after you stop using Invitin.
